At Courtside Tennis & Pickleball, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear. If your new equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, in original packaging, and that all tags remain attached. Please note that strung rackets and customized gear are final sale.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in the original shipping box if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
